Guaranteed Rate's unofficial cartoon mascot, Ty Penguinton, stars in a heartwarming story about sharing your home with friends in need during the holidays.
Looking to continue the tradition of making holiday videos, I brought that tradition with me as Guaranteed Rate's Director of Motion Graphics. I collaborated with GR Illustrator, Paul Beveridge to create a fun winter character. I wrote and storyboarded the project, and then worked with Paul to flesh it all out. Afterwards I rigged and animated the entire thing myself!
It was such a hit, we brought him back for further adventures!
The return of a popular character I created for Guaranteed Rate's social media pages returns. This time, being struck by Cupid's arrow. I re-used the rigs from the holiday animation, which was helpful to make this on a super short timeline.
